Kingsbarns Distillery represents a dream realized - the vision of former golf caddie Douglas Clement, who noticed that visitors to nearby St Andrews lacked a whisky distillery to explore. After years of planning and fundraising, including support from the historic Wemyss family, the distillery opened in 2014 in a restored farm building in Fife.

Creating classic Lowland-style single malt whisky, Kingsbarns captures the character of its location: floral, fruity, grassy, and zesty with a light, delicate nature. Local Fife barley, spring water from Cambo burn, and a unique combination of British and French yeasts contribute to the distinctive spirit.

Just a ten-minute drive from the Home of Golf, Kingsbarns welcomes visitors seven days a week to experience their award-winning single malt and Darnley's Gin, offering tours and tastings in a beautiful Scottish setting.
