LiV Vodka is the flagship spirit of Long Island Spirits, the first craft distillery on Long Island since the 1800s. Founded in 2007 by Richard Stabile, a former electrical engineer with a passion for artisan spirits, the distillery pioneered the farm-to-bottle movement on New York's eastern shore.

Surrounded by 5,000 acres of potato farms, LiV is crafted using 100% sustainably and locally farmed Marcy Russet potatoes from Long Island. Each batch is distilled three times through custom-made 650-liter copper pot stills with 30-foot rectification columns, bottling only the heart of the distillate with water from an aquifer beneath the Pine Barrens Forest Preserve.
