Moselland

Moselland represents Germany's oldest wine region, where Romans planted vines in the 1st century BC along the Moselle, Saar, and Ruwer rivers. What began in 1969 as a union of small Mosel winegrowers has grown into the largest wine cooperative in Rhineland-Palatinate.

As one of the world's largest Riesling producers, with approximately 2,000 hectares dedicated to the variety, Moselland crafts 2.5 million cases annually. The 21st century saw expansion beyond the Mosel to the Nahe, Pfalz, and Rheinhessen through strategic mergers with historic cooperatives.

From the steep slate slopes that define Mosel terroir to the distinctive bottles that grace tables worldwide, Moselland carries forward a winemaking tradition spanning two millennia. Each glass reflects the unique character of Germany's most celebrated wine region.
